Introduction
BlueCollar takes your data protection seriously. We process personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy to inform you how we handle your data. We collect personal information about you in various contexts:

• As a client: name, email, payment details, company name, phone number, and email signature info.

• As a supplier/partner: same categories of personal data.

• On our website: device IDs, technical data, IP, location, visited pages, etc., especially when you use services or sign up for newsletters.

• Applications: Your application and supporting documents are read internally for evaluation, shared only with relevant staff, and not disclosed externally.

• Retention: Documents are stored until the position is filled. Unsolicited applications are kept up to 12 months; solicited ones are kept 12 months after the recruitment process ends.

• We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to prevent accidental or unlawful loss, disclosure, or damage of your data.

• Clients: for processing purchases/services, managing client relations, and sending newsletters.

• Suppliers/partners: for processing services/purchases and relationship management.

• Website data: to enhance service and optimize content.

We only collect data necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. You are encouraged to notify us of any changes—if we discover inaccuracies ourselves, we will correct and inform you.

Data is retained only as long as permitted under law and deleted once no longer needed. Retention periods vary depending on data type.

• Newsletter consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn anytime via contact details above.

• We use third-party providers (such as IT services and newsletter platforms) only as data processors, solely operating under our instructions. Relevant disclosures may also be made to banks, debt collectors, etc.

• Personal browsing data (such as site usage, ad interactions, location, gender, age segment) may be shared with third parties (e.g., for Google Analytics); see the cookie usage section below.
